1.Agreement

By booking through this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, do not proceed with booking.

2.Service Description

Haramain Care provides short-term rental of electric wheelchairs.

We do not provide medical services or medical supervision.

3.User Responsibility & Safety

The customer agrees:

• To use the equipment safely and responsibly
• Not to exceed the stated weight capacity
• Not to modify, disassemble, or tamper with the wheelchair
• To follow all provided instructions
• To supervise elderly or vulnerable users
• The equipment is used entirely at the customer's own risk.

4.Limitation of Liability

Haramain Care shall not be liable for:

• Injury, death, or accidents resulting from use
• Misuse or negligent operation
• Failure to follow instructions
• Third-party incidents
• Mechanical failure beyond reasonable control

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the rental.

5.Rental Period

Rental begins on confirmed delivery.

Rental ends on scheduled collection.

Late returns may incur additional charges.

6.Delivery & Collection

Delivery is made to the location provided at booking.

7.Damage, Loss & Theft

The customer is fully responsible for:

• Damage beyond normal wear and tear
• Battery damage due to misuse
• Lost or stolen equipment

Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

Failure to report damage immediately may result in full liability.

8.Security Deposit (If Applicable)

If a deposit is required:

• It may be pre-authorized via Stripe.
• It may be partially or fully retained for damage or loss.
• Remaining balance will be released after inspection.

9.Cancellations & Refunds

• 48+ hours before delivery: Full refund.
• Less than 48 hours: Partial or no refund.
• After delivery: No refund.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

10.Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform due to:

• Government restrictions
• Hotel access issues
• Natural events
• Transportation disruptions

11.Fraud & Chargebacks

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel suspicious bookings
• Dispute fraudulent chargebacks
• Provide booking records and delivery confirmation as evidence

12.Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
